Elaine

Kia Ora and Ni Hao everyone. I’m Elaine. I was trained as an early childhood teacher in 2014 from the University of Auckland, and have worked in the industry since. When my baby girl arrived in early 2024, I decide to stay at home with her, and that’s when we came across Baby Sensory. The first time we came to the class I immediately fell in love with it, and so did my baby girl. I knew this was something I’d love to do as my next career move, and so here I am. During my years of working with children I have continued the study in the field to deepen my knowledge, including Montessori, Brain gym, Orff Schulwerk Teacher Education in Elemental Music and Dance, as well as a Post Grad Diploma in Neuro Physiological Psychology to work as a licensed Neuro developmental therapist here in New Zealand. I’m really excited to be part of the Baby Sensory team, and can’t wait to share its beautiful space and fun activities with you and your little ones.
